while I almost felt like writing a lovely review, I just couldn’t overlook the cockroaches in the bathroom and the lack of basic toiletries. I was expecting complimentary gifts as a gesture for my inconvenience, yet I was treated just like any other guest. frankly, it was hard to enjoy anything here with the pool access fees being eye-watering.

The thermal baths were beyond amazing, clean and well-managed. However, access to the pool incurred extra fees, which felt unfair.

I must say, the thermal baths were heavenly, I could fully unwind after a long day! The breakfast, served as a buffet, was excellent and really set the right tone for the day ahead.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable given the overall experience.

The homemade rolls at the restaurant were a culinary delight, perfectly baked and complimented by local wines. The thermal bath experience was magical, well-kept and professional, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
It was a bit disappointing to find out that guests are treated as second-class citizens, especially when special requests like room decorations come with additional fees. Also, access to the pool isn't included, which felt like a missed opportunity for hotel guests.

A spa experience with a twist
The Vichy Thermalia was a delightful retreat, where I enjoyed the serene atmosphere and friendly staff. The thermal baths were heavenly and rejuvenating after a day of exploring the local attractions.
However, I was disappointed to learn that pool access isn't included with your stay, leading to an additional fee that felt unwarranted. It undermined the sense of being a valued hotel guest.

The thermal baths provided a soothing and rejuvenating experience.
My recent stay was marred by several issues. I also found cockroaches in the bathroom and, despite notifying the receptionist, no follow-up or pest control action was taken. Furthermore, the extra fees for spa access felt unjust and lowered the overall value of my stay.

easy access to parks and landmarks for weekend explorers
My stay was enjoyable due to the spacious and comfortable suite, and the location made it a breeze to walk to the nearby Lalla healing shrine, just 500 meters away, perfect for a quick visit while exploring the city. I loved wrapping up my day with a stroll through the nearby parks that offered beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.

I recently stayed for one night and found the thermal bath experience to be heavenly, especially the delicious and fresh breakfast. On the downside, the staff's attitude could use improvement as it felt a bit cold. Still, I'd likely return!
