while I almost felt like writing a lovely review, I just couldn’t overlook the cockroaches in the bathroom and the lack of basic toiletries. I was expecting complimentary gifts as a gesture for my inconvenience, yet I was treated just like any other guest. frankly, it was hard to enjoy anything here with the pool access fees being eye-watering.

The thermal baths were beyond amazing, clean and well-managed. However, access to the pool incurred extra fees, which felt unfair.

I must say, the thermal baths were heavenly, I could fully unwind after a long day! The breakfast, served as a buffet, was excellent and really set the right tone for the day ahead.

My stay was enjoyable due to the spacious and comfortable suite, and the location made it a breeze to walk to the nearby Lalla healing shrine, just 500 meters away, perfect for a quick visit while exploring the city. I loved wrapping up my day with a stroll through the nearby parks that offered beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.

I recently stayed for one night and found the thermal bath experience to be heavenly, especially the delicious and fresh breakfast. On the downside, the staff's attitude could use improvement as it felt a bit cold. Still, I'd likely return!
